About

Triangle North, formerly known as the "Kerr-Tar Hub," is an award-winning and innovative rural economic development initiative being created through a unique multi-county collaboration and cost-sharing arrangement to spark economic growth and opportunity in the Kerr-Tar (pronounced "Car-Tar) Region of north-central North Carolina, located north of world-renowned The Research Triangle Park.

The initiative is owned and managed by the Kerr-Tar Regional Economic Development Corporation, a 501(c)(3) created for this purpose.

Board members represent the four participating county governments, Franklin, Granville, Vance and Warren.

Administrative services are provided by the Kerr-Tar Regional Council of Governments.
